Enhancing Leadership Effectiveness is an interactive course tailored for new managers seeking to hone their leadership skills. This course focuses on five essential principles: building trust, effective communication, providing constructive feedback, fostering team collaboration, and leading by example. Participants will journey alongside Alex, an experienced mentor, and Jamie, an eager new manager, as they tackle real-world challenges and demonstrate these leadership principles in action.

Through engaging scenarios and practical exercises, learners will navigate various decision points, receiving immediate feedback on the impact of their choices.
